Why am I seeing a "Welcome Back" screen when trying to register?
If you are taken to a "Welcome Back" screen, it simply means our system recognises your email address from a previous account.
To bypass this screen and activate your new subscription, follow the steps below depending on whether you remember your password:
If you remember your old password:
- Enter it directly on the "Welcome Back" screen and click Submit to complete your setup.
- If you forgot your old password:
- Click "Forgot password?" on the "Welcome Back" screen.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to create a new password.
- Go back to your original subscription invitation email, click Register Now again, and log in using your newly created password.
I am being asked for a password to log in, but I don't have one. What should I do?
Have you activated your account yet?
Before you can log in, you must first activate your account using the initial invitation or activation email sent to you. If you haven't completed this step, find that email and follow the instructions to activate your account first.
Already activated but still need a password?
If you have already gone through the activation process and are still blocked by a password prompt, the quickest solution is to click the Forgot Password link on the login screen to set up a new password.
